You’ll be notified via email and may correspond via email or via your user dashboard. Expect to receive multiple offers, usually within a few hours of submitting your quote.

Book & ride
When you find a quote that works for you, share your contact info with that provider, and handle the booking with them. We do not handle any payments on the site, and take no booking fees from either you or the company, we’re in it to save you time & money - that’s it.

No. BayArea.limo never shares your contact details without permission. Companies see only your trip information and communicate inside our platform until you decide to reveal your name, email, or phone.
How soon will I receive quotes?
Almost right away. As soon as you submit, we alert the companies you selected. Many respond within minutes, and most riders see several quotes within a few hours.
How do I know the limo companies are trustworthy?
Every provider is thoroughly vetted. We confirm licensing, insurance, and real-world reviews before they join the platform, so you can book with confidence.
What happens after I submit my request?
We forward your request to your chosen companies. Their quotes appear in your BayArea.limo dashboard, ready to compare. When you select a favorite, we share your contact details with that provider so you can finalize the ride.
What happens when I'm ready to book?
BayArea.limo does not take payments on the site. We only connect you with bids, and once you choose a provider, booking and payment happen directly with that company off of the site.
What if I don't receive any bids
This is uncommon. Most riders receive multiple quotes from the companies they selected. If you don't receive a quote within 12 hours, we automatically send your request to nearby companies and keep expanding at hourly intervals until you get a quote you're happy with.
